Really wonder whether KOP will snap out of his psychosis when Rooben is gone

I could very easily go blind hate boner on yet another manager especially given the record like you lot

There's more to it than that and I'm just bored of the manager rat race constantly

Liverpool aren't winning games by playing teams off the pitch with an unbeatable "system" or "formation"

They're grinding out and pushing for results because the players have the hunger and mentality to go for a f***ing win

But ignore all of that, "hooben" or whatever stupid name you want to use, plays wingbacks so he must be publicly executed

Well yes obviously sherlock, but we've been losing and chopping changing managers for 12+ years now

Is it suddenly going to get better by continuing the same process?

If it's madness to repeat a system that isn't working on the pitch, why is the same not true off it?

It is the manager's remit to instil hunger and mentality and be adaptable and inspiring and reflect and lead. Football results begin and end with them, ultimate responsibility.

Does Tom Cleverley have a premier league winner's medal because he was the ilk of player that deserves one. No, but for that small sliver of his life, he was steered by a manager and coaches who got the very best out of him and his teammates.

One of the only decisive changes you can make in this game is the manager and coaches. Hence, they get changed.

But, some of us rather enjoy continuing to drive into onwards traffic it seems.

Another decisive change is the players that manager has at his disposal

Sir Alex is the greatest manager in the history of the game with a culture of 20+ years by the time Tom Cleverly came around

Does swapping Amorim for the flavour of the month Iraola/Glasner suddenly mean Ugarte will run through brick walls and Bruno Fernandes won't be an impatient hoofball merchant? I somehow doubt that

How many of the United squad in 1986 went on to win a PL medal under Sir Alex?

Nah I’ve pushed for a championship run for a long time maybe since Ralf. It would heal us.

Why I'm so indifferent to who's next, mentality goes beyond tactics, everyone's had a hate boner for the current setup before we'd even played (despite people like Neville clamoring for ETH to move to a 3 back)

Systemic issues that don't get fixed by culling yet another manager (not to say he should or shouldn't go regardless)

Obviously you’re going to get push back doing a back 3 at United that’s not who we are. Pretty reasonable. If I brought Mourinho type of tactics to Barcelona they’d also say this is not for us mate.

Maybe they have that because they have great players and leaders. And a great manager that sets them up for success and inspires them push on?

As I've just said it's not hard to understand. Ten hag pandered to everything destructive of the club. Garnacho and Rashford disciplined yet allowed to run riot. Spending all the cash he could on his own pals. No wonder I wanted the c*** out

So Ruben isn’t pandering to Garnacho and Rashford but still has dalot and Shaw as main stays and didn’t prioritize a Centre mid. Different flavor of bad decision making. And the results are just horrendous it can’t be dismissed because he sold some bad apples. When you spend 200M, you do need to produce something decent, this squad is top 7 caliber at the very least. If he’s not getting the players hearts and minds into his philosophy, that’s on him and his ability to be a big club coach.

Is it bad decision making or not being able to do everything in one window?

We couldn't hit a barn door last season and you win games by scoring goals so we bought a shiny new attack, it makes sense on paper

We needed a bigger summer than we had, and for me, that is on INEOS more than the "head coach" as it now is in their structure

It's GW4 of a 38 week season. 4 points in 4 games is the worst start to a season since 1992

So go back to 1992, lost the first 2, draw and a win. End of the season, totally different picture

Anything could happen here. (No I don't think we will win the league. Moreso it's too small a sample size to judge)

It's not ironic at all, ETH was destroying the club off the pitch while getting semi decent results for a period on it leaving his successor in an impossible job

Ruben is slowly trying to undo all of that + what came before it while unable to get results on the pitch

Yall don’t understand, Amorim needs at least 20 new players, new owners, new stadium, and new fans if we want him to win 2 games in a row
