I really thought we’d be cutting 10 players this summer. I made that list of basically minimum 15 guys that we could and should sell to start anew. We’ve released 3 players, sold zero and loaned out 1 (Rashford) that Barcelona are never going to make permanent.

If ever there was a time to reset, it was this summer with no Europe and almost zero expectations. Strange.
