I lost my mind when Evra scored that goal in Munich. Crazy times
Was like poking a wasps nest that goal, remember them being absolutely all over us after that if memory serves me correctly
The talent to not score needs to be studied

There’s a few issues - the manager doesn’t suit the players so they can’t create the chances.
Then when we do get the chances, they miss them.
Under ETH we were something like 7th for chances created, 20th for chances taken. So that’s the players that were tailored to what he wanted to play.
The personnel is such a huge issue.. it’s why the summer sales excite me more than any potential incoming player

Personnel is an issue but like you said, it can just as much be a volume frequency issue.
We’ve created 80 “big chances” this season according to that stat — would be helpful to see what the rest of the league have each created this season.

Liverpool top that with 102, City and Newcastle both have 97.
Funnily enough, after that it’s Spurs on 90
Lots of the rest floating around the 50-60 mark

It was short lived joy but what a crazy goal
I won’t recognise this club anymore if we sell kobbie, I’m struggling as it is
lets recap this season:
1. we sacked ten hag, only to get even worse and finish 16th
2. we lost a European final that was our 1 chance of saving the club, and lost it to Spurs of all clubs
3. we announced plans to leave the most famous stadium in the world to move into a soulless trident fishbowl
4. we cancelled Christmas parties, staff meals, and ex player funds for guys from the 1960s and 1970s that made $100 a week playing for united
5. we're about to roll the dice on an unproven 3421 system and fit every transfer into this tactic
6. undun: liverpool equalling our PL record. (and looking like they will surpass it in 12 months). also Slot coming in and being even better than Klopp.
missing anything or does that just about sum up the worst season we've ever had?
Look at the positives! It can't get any worse
wish it worked out with Jose and us 😔
I think he's the most successful manager post fergie
Not attractive football - but he knew how to get wins
I won’t recognise this club anymore if we sell kobbie, I’m struggling as it is
No serious club under any metric would consider it
We have better sales than to let him go surely

Not in Ratspliff’s United

Yeah I just always liked him and his antics so on a personal level he was my fav post SAF manager and a dream hire. Football was s*** tho and when the results suffered, nothing there to save him.
Didn’t help like KOP pointed out on how bad the recruitment was like wtf is that squad I posted earlier even, would get relegated rn.
