Well who should replace him? Thereās so many admitted gaping holes in this side the fact you want to back the players over the manager in this instance is bizarre.
This side was tailor made to a Dutch manager who didnāt understand the league. It failed with a 4 back. Failed with a 3 back. Maybe, just maybe this set of players just isnāt good enough?
Like I said last season we were on paper expected to finish 15th. Weāre 16th now. Two different managers two different styles of play. Well the first one didnāt really have a style of play but you get the point.
In one breath weāre bemoaning how s*** the players we have are, yet in the next were bombarding the manager for being unable to get any life out of them.

Take 6 players and ask any of those fans if they would want them. They'd say maybe Amad and Fernandes. No one else.
Then do it reverse. Look at the top 10 PL sides. How many teams would you not take a considerable amount of their players over ours?

Anyway weāre getting nowhere, Iām happy you found solace in some potential future with Ruben. Just cause you like him more as a person than ETH makes no sense why you want to just have him here as he struggles to be better than Southampton.
