The end of the 21/22 is the worst shape this club has ever been in in my lifetime, and it isn't close... plus given what's happened with Ronaldo and Sancho since, it continues to age worse and worse. It was an old squad with no future, filled with players who knew they wouldn't be at the club beyond that season, and while many of those players did need to leave, once they did... we were left with no depth.

How many of those decent squad we get excited for and were talking about are actually ETH players?

INEOS led the summer if the Zirkzee stories are true as well as anything else written about their footballing structure.

If you want to pretend that our terrible league campaigns, European failures, god awful signings and contract extensions are all not going to impact us going forward then fine. PSR for example wont matter because he got sacked.

Zirkzee might be the quickest we ever wanted to get rid of a player man. After 5 games it was so evident this would never be a good striker 😭.

This whole club is living in the past, clinging onto a generation of players that have been retired for 10-20 years. It’s a f***ing fetish at this point. We need a new culture at this club. There’s nothing inherently wrong with having a dinner with SAF, but you really think Slot came in and had a dinner with Gerrard or Pep came in and had a dinner with some random mfers to get to know the ‘culture’ of Liverpool or City?
