to this day i still don’t get that big wave of fan support and how he shutted such large part of the fanbase up with that trophy . yes i get that it was a win against city and that the FA cup is always a great achievement but i was genuinely surprised watching the shift unfold live back then and so many people wanting him to stay so bad, as if that historically s*** season that ended with a negative GD was all forgotten after those somewhat decent 90 minutes.
only argument i understand is that there was seemingly no truly optimal alternative on the market and many not wanting tucheliban (for understandable reasons, however i stand by the opinion that he would do great in his first season at the very least)
I think it was genuinely because they couldn’t find a suitable replacement.
I think on the fan side the only thing that worked for him is that we had an injury plagued 23/24 season so we were hoping that a good transfer window and less injuries would mean a better 24/25 season.
We now know that just isn’t true.
People truly waking up to how s*** Dalot is
Silver linings
I feel vindicated. If we ever have a left back he can warm the bench bc Maz is way better.
These f***ing rats f*** someone over with their crying every week @Mamba
Lmaooooo this is an insane record
Taking off Rashford bc our defense was getting ripped open every counter and essentially nuking our attack is such poor game management, this guy needs to go back to the Eredvisie.

Yep same
It's very unfortunate to be correct but we won't get anywhere with him in the side

Holy s*** 😂😂
That’s A LOT of red cards
Hojlund banging on about how long he had to practice his celebrations

Even PR can’t help having the wrong priorities / thoughts in life
These EU court ruling about transfer could f*** up the whole game man
Tldr?
Tldr?
Diarra the old Madrid midfielder had beef with his old club Lokomtiv Moscow who he had to pay 10 mil to in damages, but he sued them and the ruling in this case could see players have way more freedom to just quit their contract like all other European workers can. Which means players are way freer to go, which means way lower transfer sums. This sounds good until you realise that this will f*** over smaller clubs and leagues dramatically. If a player at Ajax for example is wanted by us and Ajax asks for a big fee cus he’s an academy product etc, we can just pressure the player into quitting, which will leave Ajax almost empty handed. Big clubs that can pay the highest salaries will have all the power.
Tbh feel like people are overreacting, if you follow him on socials most of his captions are joking.
Should save that anger for bums like Shaw and Mount who never show an ounce of the drive to recover from injury imo
Yeah he’s gone

Yeah makes sense. That would hurt all clubs, especially small ones
Good for him man, it was sad if he had to basically retire because of this s***. Hope he can have a few injury free years at the top still

The fact he pays Goldbridge for PR pisses a lot of people off and rightly so
Saw a video of his reactions to Marcus goal vs Rasmus and it was laughable
