best window in a long long time, worried about where the goals are coming from and depth in midfield scares meā¦one injury and we could see Erikson
over to you baldy
The goals is a massive issue
I think we can roughly skate around midfield issues
Is our squad good enough for top 4 + a trophy?
100%. Especially with all the money we have spent.
Anything less is a catastrophic failure
The Ugarte/McTominay story was true lmao
Why are we so obsessed with Sesko as well⦠this obsession with having three sub 23 year old strikers who have never scored more than 10 goals a season >>>
It's gone the complete other end of the spectrum lol, looks like we're passed the 35+ year olds who can get about 20 goals and now we want kids who can't score

If only there was a talented winger good for 15/20 G/A per season available that we couldāve gotten for a straight swap. Oh well⦠I guess weāll have to put our faith in āAntonyā and āMarcus Rashfordā

That article also says ten Hag wanted to keep McTominay and sign Amrabat over signing Ugarte

You will be made to answer for your crimes
Varane not in the Como squad for the season or something because of his injuries
Shame really. Heād be one of our best CBs on his day even now

Thatās not a bad team tbh, if you got players like Zirkzee, Dalot, Mount, Casemiro, Yoro, Rashford, Maguire, Antony (lol) to bring off the bench. You actually got a pretty decent selection of players at your disposal.
The problem is that weāve almost grown accustomed to half of our players being injured at any one time, while teams like City or Arsenal almost never experience this.
You know, I understand the ramifications of City winning the league again. I get it wouldnāt be good for the league and all that, and Iām more than aware that the officiating in the PL is an absolute joke and Arsenal got f***ed over, if that was us Iād be fuming and maybe there should be some solidarity against the league and its officials⦠but I donāt care⦠very few things bring me more joy than watching Arsenal drop points.
Everton
That mass walkout as soon as the third goal went in is one of the funniest things Iāve ever seen. Like not even 3 seconds after the ball hit the back of the net 70% of the stadium had their backs turned and were walking up towards the exits. No groaning, no booing, no hands on head in disbelief⦠just out.
As soon as I saw Rice got a red card today, the first thing I thought of (without even watching the game) was: Mark Goldbridge is going to be absolutely furious. And what do you think the first thing I see when I open Twitter:
This guy is such a joke man, how have we ever let this guy become so big in the United community

"Means Rice misses the Derby as well"
