Yeah, Peacock has all the games. $7.99 per month for the premium package, $13.99 for the package without ads. I have the more expensive package but I assume if you’re just getting it to watch PL games, the $7.99 tier would be the way to go, it’s not like they put ad breaks in the middle of play.

I thought the games on USA/NBC were also shown on Peacock but I just looked it up and apparently that isn't the case for every game. Some do get the simulcast, others are exclusive.
