Only watched so far the first bit where he's talking about his sacking. Love the man but he comes off naiive to me saying it felt like the time to go toe to toe to with City/Liverpool, and time for the players to express themselves. No sense to it. Just self-sabotage. Keano's right that there's no shame in putting on a really effective defensive performance and picking your moments.
