so far he sucks yea but i think he will get back to decent form after some time . it seemed like he was worth the hype though back when he played for leverkusen but chelsea really might have ruined him idk if he will ever get back to that form he had there
He'll end up back in Germany imo, don't think he can ball for a top team in the Prem consistently.
Will always have the champions league goal I guess.
yeah hes got that aura. Brighton need to rebuild tho their whole midfield is gone idk if theyre going to be that good. imo bottom half of table team now.
It's Brighton though, they'll have talent waiting in the wings.

no doubt theyre gonna probably sign the next caicedo/macca next week.

but my point stands today. James Milner is starting for Brighton.

Enciso and Buonanotte were both pretty good in cameos last year, I'm sure one of them will emerge this season (probably Enciso).
Although they're both attacking players, Idk who they have as holding midfielders, so you might be right.

I wish we still signed semi unproven gems like that. more interesting than just going for mount types from rivals or caicedos for big money. getting that caicedo project and having him come thru is the top achievement. but idk if united are about that at all anymore, all we do is splash on 'safer' big money options. maybe economics of PL have shifted this for big clubs.
Luton's #9 looks chunky. like a Sunday league footballer that loves a beer or 5.
Brighton super sloppy, like you're no longer a serious team if you have 50 year old James Milner starting. feel like they need to start Ferguson, welbeck Pedro mitoma are all too similar and don't have goal instinct. and badly need a new midfielder.
Can already tell this is gonna be a fun season
Hope it’s gonna be competitive, even if we fall out of the title race

they doing just fine lol coulda been like 3-0 up this half already (even though against luton) . agreed that a new midfielder is needed even though i like the signing of dahoud. and also agree that ferguson should replace welbeck soon. milner probably shouldn’t be a starter at a club like brighton at this point but compared to veltman he isn’t a huge downgrade really, veltman wouldn’t offer much more than milner.
think they gonna get 9 points this month easily with wolves and west ham up next but really interested to see them against newcastle and united later in september. strongly disagree that they are a bottom half of the table team now even though it might look that way on paper. they will be just fine

Very on brand for Luton

they're very vulnerable at the back, and final third bad decisions. they don't look like last years Brighton to me at all.
1. arsenal
2. city
3. united
4. pool
5. Chelsea
6. Newcastle
7. villa
8. spurs
9. brentford
10. west ham
11. brighton
Damn
https://twitter.com/xGPhilosophy/status/1690362912961896449terrible 2nd half from arsenal, and im guessing that chance in first half swayed this heavily. and it wasn't like a perfect chance really, idk XG is flawed sometimes. e.g. heavy weight to a penalty

i think west ham gonna struggle again this year, 10th is quite optimistic imo. alvarez and ward-prowse is a solid replacement for rice but its gonna take a while to sit together and there’s still moyes who i think is gonna get the sack this season sooner or later. they have european football this season again too and they didn’t really properly bolster their squad yet. so far im not convinced on them and cant see them getting top 10 especially if they lose paqueta to city too which might happen.
ferguson and joao pedro is a nasty duo to have i cant lie
think they both could get 10+ league goals this season
can already see brighton selling this adingra guy for a s*** ton of money in a season or two
certainly a one to look out for this season
either him or mitoma will leave with a bang after this season but adingra has some insane numbers compared to mitoma he’s really productive, they both ballers though
so much talent in that squad you still got ferguson, buonanotte, enciso, joao pedro and verbruggen too, even sarmiento or ayari could turn out decent
ferguson or joao pedro could probably leave next summer for a ridiculous amount as well if they have a good season
