Kane will delay his contract/next club decision till after the Euros next year and then when the usual England f***ery occurs he'll re-up with Spurs. Finding comfort in Levy's arms after missing a penalty against Spain in the semis or some s***
Michael Owen's a strange guy, he himself joined United and burned the Liverpool bridge just to get a medal from the bench.
I think Wenger and them are going to change the rules in the near future to make it easier for forwards to score, that record Kane gets ain't lasting as long as Shearer's I reckon, whether it be Haaland or someone later down the line.
The f***ery of Bayern winning the Bundesliga even when they're in freefall takes the shine off the transfer, but at a certain point you gotta make the move or otherwise you get tricked into signing a new 2 year deal off a few good weeks of Ange Ball.
I have no doubt that Ange will be Spurs best manager since Redknapp. and I also have no doubt they will never come close to top 3 let alone a title challenge in Kane's entire remaining career. the gap is massive between City and Spurs (not to mention even United/Arsenal compared to Spurs)

Kane is the most comfortable footballer this century. Dudes faced pressure literally once (WC 2022) and failed. every time he puts on a spurs kit there is literally no pressure to win. there are no expectations. even less now with a new manager rebuild taking place. he gets one chance to leave and fight for some trophies and crawls right back into Uncle Levy for that renewal.
Premier League exceptionalism is so bizarre
Don’t get me wrong, the Bundesliga is probably in the worst shape it’s been in since the turn of the century but turning your nose up at Bayern in favour of Spurs is really, really weird

It's only weird imo if he's actually planning to extend with Spurs. Tough out one more season then dip. F*** going and putting 8 past Bochum for three years. Yeah winning the champions league potentially is great but there's no guarantee. But having to play their s*** league week in week out is gonna be soul destroying. It's one thing if you're German and have an existing investment. But nobody else should give two f***s about winning a Bundesliga.
Anyway, it's good for us. We're the smartest choice for him next summer. That said, he's a bit of an idiot, so hopes are not high.
Thread's expectations/predictions for the upcoming season?
3rd place again. UCL quarters. Hojlund 14 goals in PL. city/arsenal to be fighting it out for title. Chelsea 4th. Liverpool 5th. spurs 6th. Newcastle 7. real win CL.

He will definitely extend with Spurs if he isn’t interested in going to Bayern, just for injury security at least.
No one’s scooping him up on a free
literally gk is only position you need clarity on because they play the full 90. idk what arteta is doing unless ramsdale is the PL gk and Raya is going to play UCL. or some other combo. which is weird.
has there even been a successful team where there was a battle for #1 gk and it worked out well. reason why you don't do it.
kovar to leverkusen
L in my book he would have been a great second choice keeper for united imo but its probably better for his own development
it was a ride 🫡 thank you for all the memories
Now we should do everything in our power to get McT out, but I feel like we (Murtough) f***ed that up. Would be amazing if we could get in another 2 midfielders, defender and striker.
woah calm down there you’re getting spoiled by these signings united made so far. im sorry but there’s no way united sign another 4 players lol. new CB, midfielder and perhaps a second keeper are realistic imo
What striker would be available on loan or less than 50 mil?
y’all just got hojlund finally after all these years without a proper striker and already wanting to get another one😭😭
not saying that another striker wouldn’t come handy to united but i cant really see y’all signing another one to be fair
bye Fred you were fun

10 mil + 5 bonus is a robbery wtf
as in too cheap? I literally thought opposite that it was fair. dudes 30 and average af. 15M is solid
Todibo or Pavard both seem like good signings tbh, I’d be okay with either
disasi was the perfect pick for united imo. im glad that united didn’t get him cause he would shine but kinda sad cause chelsea could ruin anyone lol.
todibo is almost as amazing imo though so a really great alternative . would be an amazing signing for united cant lie

I’m not feeling spoiled till we win a prem or cl
Liverpool gonna start the season with a midfield of MacAllister Szobosolai(?) and Curtis Jones 😭😭
brother united started their last season with fred, eriksen and bruno so calm down with that talk lol
god knows what would have happened if you didn’t get swept 4-0 by brentford and then get saved by the one and only saviour casemiro
you would have been in the mud all season just like liverpool if that midfield didn’t get exposed that early lets be real - our board didn’t do anything besides loaning in a f***ing useless arthur lol so y’all won though
