If Qatar supposedly has these unlimited funds why tf that ainât bidding just half a bil more to get us free from the Glazers
Come on bro they have money but itâs still a commercial business deal lol

I believe the biggest reason is precedent. They donât want it to become standard for any future business deals they enter that they have a history of overpaying.
Kinda like United and transfers from last 10 years with the âUnitedâ tax. Altho boehly and Chelsea are just creating a whole new tax bracket.

Well the way some fans are hyping them up youâd think they donât care about money and will spend unlimited amounts on the stadium, training facilities, players etc. If they really going to lose out on buying the club because of a couple hundred mil they donât want us as bad as everybody is trying to convince us.

Well United is the only football club theyâre interested in according to the Qatar In crowd. Itâs not like theyâll have to bid for another club next year.
Everton battering Brighton who we haven't scored against in like 200 minutes of football, we're so dead

You do realise they have so many more ventures other than just football? I know your disdain for Qatar is well documented but come on be a little rational here, itâs all commercial acumen.
According to reports they have bid close to ÂŁ5b, and according to reports the Glazers want closer to ÂŁ6b. Thatâs a whole billion pound difference that theyâre entitled to not simply âpay upâ
As fans? Thatâs obviously f***ing infuriating for us. As a business deal? Thatâs just basic common sense to walk away if the price is too high

Yeah I understand that Iâm not dumb, but I hate our fans twerking for these guys like they are gods, while its evident theyâre buying the club as a business just like the rat would. Itâs not like they are some philanthropists, they want to return a profit first and foremost in the long run. Which is totally okay and logical, but so hypocritical from the qatar fans imo.

Yeah but I meant other business deals too. Whatever it is they buy, land, hotels, property, companies, etc.

This sale is literally incomparable to any sale of things you listed. According to âgenericâ financial valuation metrics, this club is worth anything from 1.5 to 2.5 bil max, you will find it hard to find acquisitions in history where there have been multiple bids that have been billions over the normal valuation of an asset. Itâs basically a one off.

idk, Washington NFL team just sold for $6B USD. united are worth more than that, so idk where the 1.5 - 2.5 is coming from. the s***tiest NBA team nowadays is worth like 1B. United, Real, Cowboys, Yankees, Lakers, Barca have to be worth at least $6-7B USD
To be honest Iâm starting to lose hope beyond the owners and any potential new buyer we do get.
Theres so much to be done from equipment, facilities, staff, squad recruitment/reshaping etc
I hope we bring the âFootball Clubâ badge back too.
Luton, Middlesborough, Coventry, Sunderland.
really excited for any of these 4 to make it up. obviously Carrick's Sunderland would be awesome, but Luton never been in top division before so that would be quite a story until wrexham makes it in a few years.

Carrick's at Boro so we double up with Amad at Sunderland. I'm all in on Sunderland would love them back in the Prem (even after 2012
) but honestly any of those 4 would be decent
Give this man a proper striker ffs
Fernandes with a technically capable striker would be absolutely ridiculous
Rashfordâs general play is f***ing terrible

ah my bad. yeah carrick seems to be doing well, hope he doesn't turn into the gerrard/lampard/pirlo/ole arc of coaches. surprised Gerrard hasn't found success tbh, heard great things about his rangers team.
I think de Gea will stay but I donât think he will be number 1
Ten Hag likes to have 3 goalkeepers so I think he will be 2nd choice
but this all depends on new owners ofc, he literally canât plan for s*** right now because we have no idea who the owners will be

Sunderland would be ideal bc we could just extend Amad's loan and he wouldn't have to find his feet at anew club next season.
Just won the Prem on FM. Osi and Costa the only ones I had to buy.
How long are we going to have to wait for that in real life?
