    Yup just saw that. Looks like he's gonna get at least 20 years minimum. Maybe he gets let out earlier on good behavior

    Who knows what kind of world we'll be living in 20-25 years from now. S*** even the next 5 years look like the beginning of the end

    Was going to say 20-25 years a good deal for him He gets out when he's like 50, maybe even sooner with good behavior. Once the sentence gets to like 30+ years, I'm taking my chances in Court if I'm him

    Oh, damn Was going to say that the state's case must be weak fr if they were seriously considering a deal

    But also, I don't think the prosecution would want a case like this with this accused in front of a jury. Might end up with jurors who going to end up voting Not Guilty no matter how strong the evidence is

    I'm trying to figure out what the strategy in pleading guilty is outside of double jeopardizing the state case. I'm also open to believing the fed case would definitely have some attempts at tampering on their part lol. then again, a jury let diddy walk with minimal time compared to what was on the board. If it went to jury & they wound up giving him the supermax, I can see why he'd want to avoid that, choosing to take a knee here

    Yeah I think they're choosing to just take the 20+ years over potentially getting a longer sentence or possibly death penalty

    wtf he think people supposed to do? Healthcare reform was never going to come off the blood of someone's hands. Making pointless comments like this aren't doing anything either. I respect what Luigi was trying to do but his mistake was taking the law into his own hands. When it boils down this is simply a revenge murder case. In this perpetual fight in this class war we as the non rich can't use lethal force we have to use the courts to enact long term solutions to these systemic problems
