We don't run a lot of set plays in general and that's understandable when you have LeBron handling the ball the most.

At this point, Vogel needs to try bringing him off the bench and play most of his minutes when both Bron and AD are out. Fact is, he's just taking away shots that could go to more efficient players and wasting possessions with his turnovers, unforced turnovers at that.
