as much as i love and grateful for that squad.. between danny bricking wide open 3s, dwight committing 3 fouls and 1 tech in just 2 mins and rondo dribbling out of the clock is not something i'm looking forward for next season.

I think Gasol would be a small upgrade over Dwight. Way more disciplined defender, he can stretch the floor out to the 3 point line, he’s the better free throw shooter, he’s the better passer, and brings championship experience.

In a limited role, he’d be far from “washed”, not like he’d be expected to play 30+ minutes a game

Yep, the only thing he doesn’t bring is the lob threat and the attitude/toughness. but that attitude was sometimes a negative for us when he either got into quick foul trouble or techs
