Apparently Jeanie has a stronger legal ground on this issue because of a 2017 court order (when her brother attempted a coup) securing her position as controlling owner for life.

This could be a long drawn out process in court if the siblings actually fight this but it looks like Jeanie would likely win it in court.

And because she allegedly has that she will be Governor until 2030 in writing, Iger and Kusher have to honor it.

So Jeanie is here to stay unless something crazy happens.
