Highsmith has been out for the Suns for like a month now because of his knee so i dont think he would've been much help

But i would've still signed him over Bufkin and given him a non guaranteed year on his contract.

Highsmith could've rehab the knee this year since we're most likely a first round exit anyway

That way we would've had a cheap wing and if he still wasnt healthy by training camp, then you can just cut him.

But instead Rob signed Bufkin without seeing how JJ would integrate him in his rotation.

The move makes less sense now since they planned on having Bronny handle the ball more.

Honestly, I would just cut Bufkin now for Drew Timme.
