JJ Redick says there should be an update on Jarred Vanderbilt with a specific timeline for his return early next week. That means he will miss at least the next three games.

JJ Redick has used the word “atrocious” about 3-4 times just now to describe the Lakers’ defense against the Spurs. He said he showed the team a film edit this morning, and while Austin Reaves took personal responsibility for the defensive woes, Redick said it was on everyone.

J Redick says the switch-everything defense was "Wemby-specific" and we won't be seeing it tonight.

This sums up my thoughts on the current state of the team

we're pretty inconsistent offensively too

I remember we use to be more organized and executed better on offense at the beginning of the season.

All the screening and off ball movement slowed down. It looks like this team isn't disciplined enough to do it consistently.

J Redick said he challenged his entire team to show better leadership at their morning meeting.

He said AD diving to the floor for a loose ball tonight was an example of the little things every player can bring as a leader to the spot the Lakers find themselves in the season.

Rui playing good this game probably means JJ will take longer to put DFS in the starting lineup.

You right and outside of AR & Bron we don’t have a lot of playmaking

This team needs stops to create offense in transition. Our halfcourt offense is atrocious most of the time unless Bron plays hero ball. AR can get his from time to time and ofc AD can create his own looks but i dont wanna go back to the Darvin Ham days where our entire offense is high pick and rolls and posting up AD. It needs to be more creative than that
