Honestly, I don't think the defense is what makes D'Lo disappear. I think a lot of it was Ham, while I still think D'Lo a b****. He'd probably be better without Ham, and being lazy with the ball/passes
I love Zach but that's too much money for him, especially with the new apron rules. We'd have to ask Vlade Divac to comeback and push point

Lakers don't have to stay the same. I dont know why you're acting like Lavine is the only option out there lol.
Lavine isn't the only guy Lakers can pursue.
Keeping the same team would better than trading for Lavine. Even the Bulls were a better team with him off the floor.
Lakers made the WCF last year with this roster btw and could've made the WCF this year if they were a higher seed and had a better matchup.
Lavine's contract is so bad that Bulls are expected to give up a pick just to get rid of him lol
No team wants him.
We can only pray Lue gets fired before the front office hires JJ
but Clippers will most likely wait until Lakers hire JJ and then fire him.
I'm onboard with this

I'm for another 2/3 year experiment with the core of this roster. Because after that would be some flexibility in cap and could get off Bron and AD after another 2 years, as well as getting rid of JJ if it doesn't work
Cam is great as a third string wing. He'd make a long career for himself if he just worked on his spot up shooting.
Almost positive either Hayes (if he opts in) or Wood get traded, there's no way they run back the same big man rotation, ain't no way
Guess whose gonna be AD's backup again
We already know CP3 coming
CP3 for the vet minimum, which means Dinwiddie might not come back

Jeanie and Rob might pull a Matt Ishbia and give JJ a 5 year deal and then fire him in the 1st year after he loses the locker room.
Just in: NOLA assistant coach James Borrego is scheduled for in-person interviews today according to multiple people, a significant step forwards in the Lakers coaching search

I'm tryna stay positive
JJ might not be this mastermind coach but I don’t think he’s going to derail us either. Still better than Ham most likely. It would be nice if we pull Borrego into the staff.
