Dinwiddie is a MUCH better defensive matchup for murray than Dennis because of his size alone and he has the speed. Dennis was great against the warriors, wasn't as good against Denver because Murray was just too big for him

The offense hasn't been inconsistent for months now lol, literally since Rui became the starter

He just checks box scores after the games

Size ain't everything, more times than not guards like a bigger guard because they can't move laterally like a small guard

But Dennis is better on both sides. Check the steals, def rating, assignments they get. If healthy Gabe will probably get the job on Murray

We're last in point differential out of 11 teams in the Western conference

Rui don't even average 15 points, and plays bad to average defense. We just score at different times with him in the lineup and didn't start down 20, but we don't keep leads

We don't have the firepower unless niggas hitting on absurd efficiency and it still didn't last

I wouldn't say Gabe is a non shooter.. what I mean by that is he isn't hesitant to shoot if he's open whereas Vando will turn down open shots. Gabe just barely gets any attempts up since he seemingly sticks to spot up attempts

But yes, I agree both shouldn't be on the floor together.

I said he has the size AND speed. Secondly, once again matchups matter.. sure overall defensively I agree Dennis is better, but dinwiddie is a better matchup against than Murray than Dennis.

Most likely we're still down around 9th to 11th. We score more with him in the starting lineup but we also give up slightly more points than if he were to remain a bench player

He in a bad tweener position even as a starter he's only getting up those 4 threes, that hopefully don't go down in the playoffs

He's not faster than Dennis and not as aware on defense

I think Jamal cooks him, but I'm sure he would be on the wings in that series if Gabe is fully ready to go

rui is getting better and better, those attempts will only go up as they mostly have throughout his career. that aint really his game anyway, and hes great in the midrange

That's not a readily available stat, you'd have to do that math on your own but I could be wrong on that I'm just estimating at 9th or lower and with his efficiency being higher on the bench I thought we would've seen more development from him as a scorer and he didn't deal well with that role

Rui is getting better and more aggressive, but Bron getting older faster. How I look at the Lakers is Bron and AD, all the other pieces are interchangeable. Looking at what we have now, Rui is going to have to take more than 5 threes a game in his minutes, and not do that pump fake dribble into the defense move he does. I think Rui and Vando can play together, but his defense isn't well enough to hold while AD is off the court. I personally want to see different moves with this team. From our young talent, to our veterans
