I think we start Dwight in the playoffs and just saving him. He just a better player and more impact. We don’t want to risk him getting hurt so saving him for playoffs. I expect him to take over starting maybe a month before playoffs to build up starting lineup chemistry. McGee is fine as a backup center, energy big off bench

That’s why he is a 6th Man. Bench players are inconsistent

I don’t think it really matters who starts but Dwight definitely should have closed out yesterday’s game. Javale was getting clowned on defense those last few possessions

  • Jan 16, 2020

dwight just needs to play more than he should be.. or at least in the lineup closing games rather than javale

KCP-Green-Lebron-Davis-Howard is the ideal lineup right?

I was pretty frustrated last night and went a lil overboard, but that was just one of the ugliest games of the season man. everything went wrong and it's tough to see us get dominated by mediocre players like Aaron Gordon, it makes even angrier lol

but Houston saturday is a must win (as in sending a statement to the league) and I stand by that

I honestly feel like we are just two moves away from a chip. Rob has earned my trust to get that done. 3 weeks til the deadline?

I noticed when we lose it literally takes the most s*** that usually doesn’t happen on a nightly basis to be thrown in a blender for us to lose. Whether it be teams going off against us that shouldn’t or getting into foul trouble by bullshit calls and our shooters being ice cold or us blowing leads, lazy starts like last night where we have to crawl our way out of a hole because guys just didn’t try. Or again like last night where (rarely) lebron did not play well (aside from 19 assists and hitting the 3 to tie the game with 30 seconds left) and lastly either AD or Bron being out

My point being we never really get blown out or outplayed, it seems like it always takes the most bullshit to happen for us to lose. Every game we lost we deadass could’ve won. We had a 12 point lead against the clippers on christmas, couldn’t buy a bucket against the bucks, we lost by 1 to the pacers, lost by a bucket to the magic, our mavs loss where we were up huge on them and in the 3rd refs literally fixed the game for them and they couldn’t miss

Exactly. No reason to be overreacting. We were just on a 9 game win streak we were due for a freak lose. Especially with AD out.

I ain't tripping about our 8th loss coming in mid-January lol, especially coming after another lengthy win streak. Like @drizzy said a lot of our losses are a result of thing out of the ordinary occurring. Quinn Cook went for 20 and we still lost lol, s*** happens. AD, Caruso and (garbage) Rondo out, the latter two really putting stress on our guard rotation along with Kuzma failing to step up in AD's spot.

Exactly, so I get people are still just recovering from our down years and every loss is a period for overanalysis, but overall there is only so much that we can be upset about with a 33-8 record lol
