Current Affairs.......I see the vision but it also makes me laugh a bit lol but she on her GRWM s*** on this album.

All the other tracks, idk, I need some more listens. Problem is, I don't think I'll be reaching to play it all that often. We'll see.

If She Could See Me Now and Current Affairs co-written by me

ISCSMN was written in west London, June 2023, early in our first sessions together. We’d spent some time trying to find our feet and they hit the ground with this song. I was sat at the keyboard with Ella sat directly opposite me, close, as we built the chorus, willing each other on.

Current Affairs was written a year later between London and LA, the most bare-boned of piano parts and Ella in full flow. It’s been so inspiring to work alongside her and this is such a brave and special album. Thank-you Ella for letting me be a part of it.

Wow, nice to see Fabi worked on Current Affairs , had a feeling because it reminded me a lot of her track Waiting with Jai. Both Lorde and Jai conversate over the beat very similarly.
