yeah i can only see the slightest of slight psychedelic vibes from this. but more as a result of it being baked into the influences/lineage that this draws from at times. like how you could make an argument almost any "sunshine"-y music is vaguely psychedelic

but they said f***ing stoner rock? hell even flaming lips and tame impala is pretty far off that label

good post. definitely think a lot of the stuff about psychedelic influences comes almost entirely from the aesthetic rather than coming through from the music to any great degree. somebody i know was comparing the lead single to screamadelica lol
