It’s not a critique of wellness culture it’s a critique of why that culture even needs to exist - it’s a critique of the fact that people need to use coping mechanisms to deal w the brunt of everyday life - she literally says outright it’s not meant to be a scathing criticism of the protagonist of the song at all
