This crime isnt based on racism as well. Maybe the individual crime of the cop. If he was acting towards the victim solely because he was black, which it looks like, he should be buried underneath the prison. That doesn't mean that cops in general nor the institution itself is racist.

And even if we'd argue that we would have to take into consideration that whites are dying in the same ration by the hands of police officers, so again, I don't agree that the FBI or the Feds in general are racist but I do believe that this was the act of a racist or at least a highly unresponsible cop who shoudl pay for it
