A car drove into a crowd, but on the woke stream, the streamer minimized that stream very quickly. so its hard to tell what happened in the immediate aftermath.

my knowledge of what happened stops with someone getting out of the car and then-minimize

In the comments someone apparently posted a link for another angle of the ramming and the gun being flashed, but the host is taking down links so the stream stays up, so we'll have to wait for someone to post it on social media

that man could have easily just started shooting and killing people and nobody would be there to stop him cuz you know the police would let him if they really wanted to. smh

Ok so seemingly, the full story is

A guy drives into a less concentrated part of the crowd, near that rainbow crosswalk, and a guy apparently tried to pull the driver out of the car. At some point, the driver shoots the person in the arm who tried to pull him out of the car,

the car is parked and the shooter/driver gets out and tries to escape into the crowd

and apparently protesters subdued him and handed him over to the cops

I may or may not be inaccurate but thats what I'm gathering

That's what I gathered as well. But like I said this could all easily be a tactic to get the people's trust back after 2 days of gas and the Mayor doing s*** about it.
