I understand the police victimize everybody, I’m saying that a positive performance by the community based policing would be immediately more attractive to black people than white people, so cities with more of them would probably be the first ones to adopt them

There's a lot of speculation going around about disbanding the police. Gotta wait on some more details before rushing to judgement because I don't know how they plan to implement this. I'm not thinking they are going to abolish police completely but they are planning to dismantle it as a department, union, etc
