While there are, of course, genuine nonblack allies out there risking their lives with us in the name of justice, there are white people who are simply using this as an outlet for their anger over Bernie's loss; the same white people who, when this is over, will walk across the street when they see a black person (as this thread's favorite user @Durkio_World touched upon in a wholesome manner)

My point is: this is a war for justice, and any war should be won with competence not complacency. I don't want my people, including myself, to become complacent and not pay close attention to surroundings and who is really in this because they care. This also means we should look at ourselves in the mirror and evaluate if we really care
