BenjyThe blackout thing from my knowledge was for creatives to not post anything for the day that isnt related to the protests or the black community. Looks like it spread on and everyone is in on it. I really don’t see the harm in it
it wouldn't be if it wasn't for the fact that people are posting it along with #blm which is burying important info

I agree. It's just crazy that with social media and how hyperconnected we are now that we're not even remotely close to how we were in the previous century. We really had leaders like Fred Hampton, MLK, Baldwin, Malcolm X, Rosa Parks, Stokley Carmichael, Dubois, Garvey, Bobby Seale, and now we got no one.
