there are similarities between CRM and this but there are also differences. CRM had actual goals. this is just niggas looting and repeating "black lives matter" like that's gonna do something.
because if you've had goals, you could measure progress. but measuring progress means you have to look at the progress.
but that's tough and might set us up failure, so we don't do that. we just expend frantic energy to create the illusion of progress. "look, we exerted energy!"
