Well this is a good example of why anarchism doesn't work though. People are not gonna police each other on good will alone. It takes a proper system to keep in check. I'm sure it's surprising the amount of people who don't break the law cause the law itself is there.

the police are brutalizing innocent people at the protests. they refuse to listen.

i saw a video today of a man getting arrested at a protest and a cop had his knee on the guys neck just like the cop that killed george floyd.

they don’t value our lives and they don’t want to change. to me, “no justice, no peace” means that as they keep beating and killing us for no reason, we will keep fighting back.

our country was founded in racism and white supremacy. so as much as i would like for this to be “fixed” (i put quotes because they can’t bring back all the innocent people they’ve killed) in legislation but they desperately want the right to to kill us and get away with it. and they’ll do anything to protect it. not only that, they want us to shut up and accept it. they want to erase the history. they want to say it’s really not that bad, but not 1 of us should die like george floyd. it shouldn’t have ever happened.

it's f***ed because i saw it myself on streams and from friends who were there, there were black protestors and some white protestors too PLEADING, literally crying, asking people not to attack small businesses and there were people were just straight up ignoring them. i hope for the best for local business owners that charity & fundraising being done will be able to help at least some of them and community relations will be okay between them and locals once they rebuild. there were a lot of people of all races out today helping small businesses clean up and board up shops and stuff and that was really nice to see after the chaos with them last night.
