appreciate the discussion though. and i agree on some level that cops perpetuate their own war against poor minorities, my belief is that s*** is more like a pogrom since it isn't really a fight.
You do not need a majority to make a difference. And this discussion started with the observation that there isn't anything binding and channeling the outrage. But the riot itself proves there is a sizeable population ready to be activated.
