What's the song around 45 min mark?
Hiroshima
unreleased song from 2004-2005
The one from the doc is the only version that's out there

This doc makes me wonder, what made Wayne resign with Cash money?? like it had to be an insane amount of money he sounded like he knew birdman was full of s*** at the end
Loyalty probably. Wayne signing to Atlantic would've been horrible

what the bbl butt job thing or the bladck women talk its been known he been colourist but hearing him so explicitly be disrespectful to black women wasnt nice most rappers behind the scenes be on this timing tho
great documentary this n the carter need to be shown in cinemas very interesting insight the part where h4e talking to the hotel manager he a brat but outside when he talking bout it it gives more context seeing him grind doin the shows n his crew interesting i wonde where everyone is is his manager the same where curren$y at? such a pivotal time in the next few years he was gone gone n his influence on pop music is forever stamped hearing him talk about 2005 being his year at the end was very eye opening
TLDR
*Wayne starts of the doc watching the Pistons/Pacers Brawl, then it cuts to him freestyling non stop from hotel, to car for like 7 mins.
*Gets on his new manager at the time Tez, because the hotel room in Orlando isnt ready, cuts to performace footage of him Currensy and others at Ohio State in '04 (raps a verse from Dedication)
*Wayne goes to a session fro Tity Boi, and lays down a crazy verse
then it cuts to wayne on the tour bus with some chicks playing unreleased
Lots of BTS from Iconic photo shoots from that era and tour bus stuff
*At the End Wayne Talks about wanting to leave Cash Money for Atlantic/Warner after the Def Jam deal fell thru. Says Lyor is waiting on him like a Draft pick
Wayne on Warner/Atlantic would’ve been hard as hell. They would’ve invested in him heavily. We’ll never know though cause everything worked out anyway but what a thought
Atlantic would’ve had T.I., Wayne and some other huge hitters I’m forgetting at the time. They pushed T.I. to the sky, imagine what they would’ve did for Wayne.

Think Baby offered him Young Money
Think Baby offered him Young Money
Young Money was already a thing in this Doc tho, if im not mistaken the Young Money deal was done in 2003.

Interesting. Wonder why he started signing everyone in 2007-2009
