Ghost OGthink the issue inherently is that there was no mixtape leadup to this, there almost always has been, and he has "fun" series so that excuse aint cuttin it either. There are Carters that just ok, but not really a "bad" one until now. and my lord, this has landed as one of the worst pieces of music of all time.
I don’t even think I can call this tha Carter album. Something definitely went wrong because ….cmon man this ain’t it

There’s nothing about this entire thing that even feels like a Carter album lol
No promo run, no mixtape(s) as you said, no feature run, no nothing really
It feels like he (or his team) just threw some leftovers together and called it an album
it feels like he babyraged cuz of the SB snub and s*** and just tried to do it all at once just cuz everyone has always sucked him off as a "goat"
he has always been a very good rapper but ive never had him anywhere near a top 10 tbh.
