And now with Utopia fast approaching i’m worried he gonna back out again

I feel like the concept for this thing constantly changes too. This originally was supposed to be a mixtape from what I remember back in 2021 and now it seems to being pushed as his third studio album.

I’m still happy he dropped Red and White last year but that felt more like a compilation EP with all those 2017 era songs. Dude can probably drop another EP at this point.

Two albums when EA released, and the future collab album, and multiple singles, and the SoundCloud EP. I don’t think that’s horrible compared to the wait from LIR2 to EA which felt hopeless with just a few singles.

Yeah but I don’t like those albums so it’s felt like 7 years

Red & white will hold me over but I am hoping we soon do hear something.

What’s crazy though is the lack of post-2020 solo material that we’ve heard

Only four tracks on R+W were made post-2020, rest of it was old stuff

That’s what is making this wait hard, I really just wanna hear how he has evolved his sound over the last couple of years

He starts his summer tour run in a couple of weeks, can’t believe we still don’t have new music

If I was in Uzi’s position I’d still drop June, sometimes having big namers drop around same time is fun like Future & Kdot last year, but I fear the label will think otherwise

Yesterday, GenNow/Atlantic seemed to be doing paid promo for the tape, as several huge rap news Twitter & IG pages post how many days it's been since Pink Tape's announcement.

Meanwhile, a less reliable rumor came out involving Playboi Carti being featured on not only The Idol Soundtrack, but both Utopia & Pink Tape, all set to drop June.
We'll see if this pans out.
