A lot of these songs are kinda ass ngl but I'm hoping they grow. WLR was fire af to me right away but I must feel about this album how others felt about WLR at first

Uzi picked the perfect album cover. Freedom of speech is dying. People are telling Uzi what he can’t or can say. Or rap about. Or that he has to go hang out with Jay Electronica to be good.

I fw you but making ignorant statements like this isn't gonna help your cause. Disagreeing i'm fine with. Have your own opinion. But this album is incredible and i will champion it since it's everything i've ever wanted from an Uzi project. I think i'm allowed to do so after all these projects he dropped that were always underwhelming to me as a fan who saw his potential

WLR didn't hit for me first listen actually but this does. I think with Uzi i was expecting it more than with Carti who i don't keep up with at all

Red & White really was the Perfect appetizer it took a little long but you know the Uzi community kept us fed with over 60 unreleased songs and now Uzi fed us with songs so many would have vaulted if he didn’t release. Uzi FREE

We weren't talking about the quality. We were talking about if it's a coherent body of work and it's not. The incoherence is pretty much the point of it. He's dabbling in a bunch of different stuff. It's a sample platter. And as you brought up, the sequencing is extremely sketchy.

Agreed. WLR knocked it out of the park for me on first listen, more than any other Carti project did previously. I just think some of these songs (the non experimental joints) drag on way too long. That would be like if Carti put Self Titled & even Die Lit material for a good portion of WLR and it was just throwaway filler
