mason marjellai’m a prod myself, not tryna sound selfish but i’d rather have just my name credited alone rather than be with 5 other niggas i ain’t ever meet in my life, most credits these days got so many, i feel it’s a reason we don’t got modern day just blaze, ye, neptunes, etc super producer types anymore
i produce too and i kinda felt like i was getting a bit egotistic about being sort of blasè with collaborating with niggas, but it is fr crazy how there will be at least 4-6 dudes on a single god damned track just for it to come out as a type beat
it’s like that at that point you might as well sit down and follow your vision with minimal external input lmao, advice is cool and all but too many hands really waters s*** down
