A lot of those leaked tour dates clashed with other festival performances he has so they weren’t credible

I think everything has been pushed back again - Tour & Tape - even the physical release of the JWR discs got pushed back till April 1st (lol)

I know he’s off socials at the moment, but it all just feels way too quiet for a drop this month

Atlantic’s strategy looked like was to literally wait till uzi’s streaming numbers for his last projects were so low they necessitated the release

This would make sense rn but JWR is so ridiculously successful that p!ink would receive much more eyes rn than if they waited it out

Never got the delay on EA cause of that strategy. Obviously there were other external factors with Uzi and his management but notoriously they were not ready to go when Atlantic stepped in since the album started mixing a week before release.

But yeah he’s got a hot single, release the project while it’s still relevant and run up the album streams as well

Nah ofc i’m out here dying for Pink but just from JWR his presence is being felt despite not having dropped a solo album since March 2020
