Just read an interview with K Lee (Uzi’s engineer) mostly about EA and there were some interesting insights:

• The album always had certain songs, there was always a running tracklist and the “completed” versions of the album before the release were never 100% scrapped
• There was originally around 20 minutes of skits with a stronger narrative for the album (some songs having upwards of a minute and a half of skit).
• The LUVTW2 K Lee mix is completed but because of Corona it is unknown when it will be released
• K Lee listens to feedback from the fans and tries to incorporate that into her mixes (so don’t be afraid to speak up)

I sort of knew some of this but it’s interesting to hear it from someone who was involved the whole way.

remembering what Thug said in that interview, now in this recent DJ Plugg interview they were talking about him and DJ Plugg said Uzi does random evil s*** in the studio too like if someone sleeping in the studio he will tie their shoes together or set someones hair on fire

this one cool part about Uzi too though, he said some interesting stuff about Uzi there like him being really hands on with his music, Uzi sometimes cuts out a part of the beat he likes and just makes that the whole song or changes the speed of beats a lot.
