    Gosh

If I call you a b**** ass nigga that smells like s*** I don’t gotta prove it, it’s just funny

You ever watch battle rap? It’s just about raps, you don’t gotta get the nigga locked up in prison to win

I can actually appreciate this answer because at least this has an explanation. If at the end of the day it's just chalked-up to who can deliver the most entertaining heat, I'll give it to you Kendrick is certainly on top right now. Although to me, I personally still feel like these are serious accusations from both sides and I'd hope the truth was factored in. If Kendrick touts himself as such an upstanding man of the people, I'd expect more from him to not just join a s*** smear campaign without proof to back it up. And maybe he does have that proof, but personally I want to see it. And I'll say I expect the same for the allegations Drake has made.

For the record, I'm admittedly not deep into battle rap so it may just be my own ignorance. But I can respect that POV if that's the way it goes. If that's truly the spirit of battle rap, I hope these two are doing this for the sport and at some level still have high respect for each other, though the disses has my ass convinced Kenny f***ing hates Drake lmfao

I can DEFINITELY agree he's 1-up now, but I have seen so many people this round saying "Drake can't come back from this" and "It's Over". I don't get how accusing someone of being a pedo (for the 3rd time and without proof) without addressing his own accusations ends the beef? Yes, he's one-up purely because of his quick responses and the disses are top tier, but the repetition makes it not a done deal for me. Not sure why I don't feel like others feel the same.

It's not over but being put in a corner with pedophile accusations (whether true or false) is a tough position. Drake has to do something pretty drastic or make the best song in the beef so far to break even or be considered the winner. And it's Drake so yeah, its not impossible. But just be real bro the people are on Kendricks side and he is outwitting Drake and making the responses feel null. Family Matters hits way harder if Kendrick isn't fully prepared. Im not a pyschic so Im just sitting back and watching it play out but this is how I'm viewing it. Drake gotta take some pages from 50 Cent's book here.

Well I don't know how else I'm supposed to say I'm not posting for clickbait, I was honestly trying to have a conversation. Sorry if the way I worded it hurt your feelings over the net

Glad to see some responses in the thread I can agree with. Honestly I think the hip-hop community is just hype for it to be revitalized and the over-zealous posts just stand out to me. I'm enjoying the battle, just want to feel it's a fair fight. Thanks for the response, I agree with you on Drake being in a corner

Even if the daughter accusations aren't true? I'm not saying they're not true, but I certainly think it's not proven

copying and pasting my reply from another thread:

i don't think people realize how damaging this is for kendrick more than drake. watching people react to it and yeah, it's all shock value.

but kendrick showed some true colours, being colourist toward drake shows that he's not a pillar of black culture - because if you're lightskin, you're not black. division in the black community was kendrick's entire persona, trying to bridge that gap. talking up black women, only to beat them. this is so so so much more damaging than having another child could ever be.

The issue is that he’s a Canadian who grew up with his white mom and didn’t embrace black culture until it was convenient for his rap career. He s*** on Michael Jackson, pulled the reverse racism card, and has made light of American slavery multiple times. This is not his culture

kendrick didn’t address the woman beater allegations nor being a pious hypocrite i think that hits harder than kendrick speaking on hypothetical children and calling drake a pedo

i will say this though i really have questions about kendrick because he’s saying drake isn’t part of the black community but is his mixed light skin wife a member? drake saying that is honestly more damning than a hypothetical kid there’s no proof of

Drake said Kendrick beats his wife and his son isn't really his so Kendrick said he has a daughter he's hiding,

The fact many believe the Drake allegations but skeptical about Kendrick allegations tells you Kendrick diss did wat it was supposed to do

to win a beef your diss just have to be funnier and more humiliating/impactful. Someone could ether Drake with mostly surface level information if they’re witty and charismatic enough

How can Drake ever lose (provided there's no paperwork of a crime)

Kendrick's reputation is immaculate as the golden boy
Drake paints his nails, shakes ass with Sexyy Red and gambles while drunk and on pills

What did he even have to lose on the first place? I don't think that this changes anything lmao, Kendrick's out is providing evidence

Other than that it's fairly clear Drake "won" given that Kendrick's image will take a bigger hit when all is said and done

He came into this squeaky clean, Drake was tainted af for so many years lol. Kendrick had to come with a brutal discovery, not this

Plus why would he call out Drake for being light skin? Some user talked about this in another thread as well, like isn't he the Messiah, the great leader who unites all? Quite hypocrite
