ngl some of my group chats are stressing me out from time to time to the point that i consider taking a break from them every once in a while or even had taken them previously. i feel like it should be more normalized tbh. like yeah yeah youre p**** you can just not read but at the same time yall know its next to impossible to not read s*** so doing this mental exhaustion thing is just not worth it
