When it comes to cases they don't need concrete proof, just reasonable suspicion and someone willing to confirm it. That's why there's a 90% conviction rate

It can be assumed for sure, in fact, most people who hear it would definitely know who Thug is referring to. But because he ain't put an actual name on it, technically it can be referring to anybody. At least that's what lawyers will attempt to use in order to dismiss it, and it is something that can actually work. Even moreso if Durk doesn't put out a diss track towards Gunna.
