Thank you straight women for blowing this up

Never seen thicker thighs on a cast.
Kinda standard coming out s*** but it's still a cute show.
been watching random Luc Besson movies

breezy 80s movie, Isabelle makes it worth seeing

really dumb movie but also self aware

this would've been a hit if it was made with Hollywood actors

manic pixie dream girl the movie
Once Upon a Time in the West

One of the best movies I have ever seen, period. My favorite watch of 2025.
Malcolm X

When Spike Lee is on, he's undeniable. Denzel played the hell outta Malcolm. That he lost an Oscar to Al Pacino for Scent of a Woman is egregious.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974)

This one is genuinely disturbing, including the sudden death of a character that jolted me for a bit, but what especially caught me off guard was how well-made it is, from a filmmaking perspective. I checked this one out before diving into Resident Evil 7, just to see the parallels and the inspiration.
The backstory of this one is also insane, involving some real blood on set at one point, the Mafia, and mass walkouts from the theater when people thought they were watching a snuff documentary lol. Anyway, great film that was misunderstood when it came out. Effective without being gory. That's hard to pull off.
Watched the pilot of the Tommy power spinoff, I see why ppl don’t really like this one as much Tommy is cartoon levels of overpowered, just strolling into a new city and picking on a fully established crime family effortlessly
Zero tension or believability. he was better as a supporting character lol they shoulda went the other way with a show with him and made it gritty and semi believable at least

one of my new year’s resolutions was to finally complete my first ever watch of the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I had rewatched the first movie in December of last year, watched The Two Towers in November of this year, and on the last day of this year, I’ve finally completed the trilogy, and what a movie to end this series on. truly a spectacle in every sense of the word. all aspects of this film were flawless in execution, be it the battle scenes, the incredible acting, the beautiful score, or the New Zealand cinematography. no wonder this film holds the record for the most amount of Oscars in history. I think it should remain that way until the end of time.
10/10
happy new years everyone!

5.5/10
Season had a lot of interesting plotlines set up and they all just fell apart in the last episode or two. Events felt more like they were meant to happen for the sake of plot or to catch viewers off guard rather than being actual decisions these characters, or anyone in their position, would make. So much unrealistic, nonsensical behaviour from these characters when you sit and think about it
Belinda screwing over someone the same way Tanya screwed her over was the best thing about this season imo. But yeah, highly disappointed because the season could have been a lot better with some tweaks
Hustle - 8/10

Not a big basketball fan but I enjoy this type of movie. Very inspiring and I enjoyed the message of motivation and all the training sequences of Bo and Stanley. Adam Sandler once again steals the show and has a lot of charm as the NBA scout. Very Sander-ish character that works as a serious role.
Shutter Island - 8/10

I watched this movie about a decade ago then rewatched it with my dad today. I wanted to see how the ending works out on a second watch. I like mystery stories so I appreciate all the parts when it works and leads up to the ending. I also like it that the story won't really make sense until the last 20 minutes. Although, it's not perfect and there are some moments that are a reach / for the audience and not too realistic to the story. Some of the scenes are standouts especially the backstory of Teddy. I think it works more on the first watch. I did like the ending though.
love & pop 9/10
Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX 9/10
i feel like every anno related thing i watch, it has sprinkles of evangelion in them

Feels like bro just gave up when it was time to write the finale lmao
10/10 underrated masterpiece, soooo damn depressing it really shows the consequences of one stupid move and removes all the glamour or romance involving crime and violence, acting performance of a life time by Seymour Hoffman
