I just gotta stop being a coward and add more cardio stuff to my routine and I should be able to drop. Diet ain't a problem so it might be portion control? But I already don't eat much as is lol, and I'm not stopping lifting cause then I'm losing weight from muscle and I won't let that happen

Also as long as you get adequate protein even without lifting you shouldn't lose much muscle at all tbh
