Not even you nessecarily (idrk you?) but the one thing I always think to is when Goku avi guy locked a thread ab The Hip Hop conspiracy theory iceberg (google it its fun stuff) and he locked it before anyone had even replied. Wasn’t even my thread but it felt like bullshit as that could have sparked some seriously fun and egaging discussion. Also I think he got a guy for posting a SUPER well known copypasta?? It just feels like they got a chokehold on this site and it leads to music sxn being nothing but Drake/Kendrick/Kanye threads

they definitely should link the older thread though so the op knows why its locked and it sends people to the right place

generally we're trying to keep Kanye and Drake threads to their sections so I'll definitely keep an eye out for that

I agree that music section needs work though im not really happy w the state of it rn but we dont wanna make huge changes that dont work out and just have to be reverted

in terms of the copy pasta we're getting functionality to give a reason when someone is muted or a thread is locked soon so that'll help a lot in terms of clarity. I'd also like to find a way to implement an appeal system so that people can appeal a mute or ban when they know the reason but we'd need a way to make sure its not abused

appreciate the feedback though ill pass it along and just lmk at any point in the future if you have any other stuff I really want to make sure im doing right and its always good to hear ideas to improve things on a more site development level
