wow. I haven't seen a reaction vid for this album until now and I'm glad it was this one. Only watched the last 30 min but will watch the entire thing later
so glad you enjoyed. it was super moving for me
THIS IS ME AND IM BLESSED
ANYBODY FIGHTING THROUGH THE STRESS
Count Me Out is still my favorite on the album.
i hate how genius gets lyrics wrong so often
on united in grief
they say he says
north america tour, my enclave
but he DEF says
I met her on the third night of Chicago
North America tour with my eyes closed
it makes way more sense with the green eyes lines and him being unconscious ala eckhart tolle
few thoughts from tonight:
-kdot the goat
-honestly it never crossed my mind that die hard was from the perspective of him singing to his hoes instead of his girl
biggest takeaway from this tour tbh
-crowd was pretty weak for most of the MMBS songs but turned the f*** up for count me out
love to see it
-money trees was a huge hit, he made it seem like he was going into his bag for our crowd but im assuming he did this at other stops too
-baby keem deserves some sort of award cause that nigga was on one tonight, amazing performance and was good to see him come out during kendrick set
-those backup dancers deserve a raise cause they were going HARD AS F***
-he rlly pushed us to rap the lyrics for ghostwriting rappers on king kunta
dont know if he does this every show but thought it was pretty funny
-overall kendrick has come such a long way as a performer, I canāt remember which song but he was literally running around in circles and rapping every lyric on point. he brought the energy and vibes for the whole 90min set, donāt know how he does it night in and night out cause thatās gotta be demanding as f***
shout out to everyone itt who has already seen or is waiting on their tour date, promise itāll be worth the wait

I generally agree but I think some songs on mmatbs didnāt translate well live (worldwide steppers, father time, crown) but some songs I didnāt expect to translate well live did tremendously (united in grief, purple hearts, mirror). I thought keemās setlist was spotless and that energy was an energy Iāve never felt before. Overall thought the concert was a spectacle
Almost felt like Fall this morning so I threw on some Good Kid
Yeah it was cooler than normal. Thatās a great fall album.
