After some time sitting with this album, I think I’ve grown to love it. Didn’t expect that after the first listen. Currently sitting at #2 for me behind tpab in his discography. Looking forward to seeing how I feel within the next few years. Probably won’t change. Man, Kendrick just keeps reminding me why he’s my favorite artist. It’s great to experience, regardless of the usual bs naysayers usually spew.

TPAB had no impact when it dropped and still doesn’t. Only ever heard 1 song from the album played under any circumstance. It’s a niche album that got inflated online but I’ve yet to ever hear it played anywhere in under circumstance ever. It was a L when it dropped and still is. Doesn’t mean it’s a bad album. It was just iite.

Those my joints. Rich Spirit the one to me. The rest are skips to me even if they are ok/good songs. But everybody has a list of 6-8 songs. That’s a regular hip hop release.

I enjoyed Fewtch, GUNNA, Vince and Pusha s*** more than this on first listen than Kenny s***.
