yes! thought im the only one seeing the Radiohead resemblance. Especially on the intro song.

I feel like TPAB even more than GKMC built this expectation for Kendrick to be some sort of woke savior (largely because of the success of Alright), and this album is all about tearing that image of him down

But the thing is this album is still very conscious, it's just more introspective whereas TPAB was more about what was going on in the world, so I see the two albums as being similar, even more than DAMN

Nah he was definitely listening to alternative rock and trip hop while making this album.
