Pitchfork gave this a 7.6?
Bruh... They're just trying to get a rise outta' mofo's.
This album is proof that people underestimate the masses
You donāt have to compromise your art or water yourself down to appeal to ordinary people
You just have to make s*** that engages them
Drake lost
My homie just told me this album is great but has as much replay value as TPAB
basically saying there isnāt much here for the average listener
even with the heavier songs I feel like this is way more digestible and replayable than TPAB

Lmao itās worse than them just trashing it because itās like
Yeah we know this deserves a higher rating but we wonāt give that to yāall
thatās why I donāt care for critics, too much game playing
Count me out is gonna be top tier kenny all said and done, s*** will probably make me cry at some point
Also count me out -> crown -> silent hill is such a powerful way to start side b

this better than DAMN
Still get chills when I hear that Kodak interlude. one of his best performances ever and Iām glad Kendrick just let him go off over those pianos
disc 1 vs disc 2?
As of now side a has the edge for me but they compliment each other so i need it all or nothing lmao. I think most will like side a better too since it has most of the bangers, side b is for that solo listening mostly for me

Iāve sat & contemplated this decision, now Iām at peace with the fact itās better

Itās definitely deeper than damn, but doesnt cover as many bases (not that thatās a problem)

Drake definitely got people engaged I think CLB is about to break the record for his most successful album on the charts. Stop trying to bait the Drake stans or they will come in here prove you wrong and post stupid s*** all day. Let's not be toxic today

Atleast you acknowledge they post stupid s***

I think because itās deeper, itās better
stands out a lot more than DAMN in his discography in all the best ways possible
I think DAMN was him perfecting a blend youāre talking about based off his previous work but this one feels like a new chapter & the ending all at the same time if that makes sense which is amazing
