Count Me Out sounds really familiar with the singing...anyone got any ideas of what songs sound like it?
Reminds me of a Ye song. Especially those adlibs during the first hook

RT I'm glad to see you enjoying the album
He not wrong though
I can see this being your favorite Kendrick album if your an emotionally sensitive and empathetic human being
Iām not really but I still fw it heavy
I really take Kendrickās stance on cancel culture being heās disappointed in artist for being afraid of it and biting their tongue rather than like being mad at random fans and twitter people which that perspective doesnt make me cringe
šš½šš½
when i heard the first song / the heart i was terrified that he would be rapping fast the whole project and im so glad he didnt

Itās not my favorite but itās duking it out with GKMC for the #2 spot. GKMC got a special place in my heart but this album is incredible.
And youāre right about the empathetic take. Feeling something like Mother I Sober is different from just hearing it.
Damn >>
Lol no but youāll realize thatās wrong eventually
DAMN is a great album and better for casually listening but this album as a body of work blows it out of the water. Some of his best s*** is on here.

new flows were coming, just had to be patient brother
I miss when conspiracies werenāt attached to every bar he raps
Seems like this dude could straight up say exactly what heās feeling, no metaphors and everyone immediately says āno thereās gotta be more to this, what does it really meanā smh
Kendrick fans becoming what people clown Cole fans for being

Or maybe you enjoy hearing your favourite artist be vulnerable and open up about his personal struggles.
"Look myself in the mirror Amityville ain't seen nothin scarier
I fought like a pitbull terrier, blood I shed could fill up aquariums"
lyrics on this album are incredible
Kendrick should push
Die Hard
Silent Hill
Rich Spirit
Silent Hill is the one for sure
Stop playing with me fore I turn you to a song
Bar of the year

lyrics on this album are incredible
That whole intro of Count me out might be my favorite moment in the album
the lyrics reminds me of Feel but more raw & personal
āOne of these lives ima make things right with the wrongs Iāve doneā
when i heard the first song / the heart i was terrified that he would be rapping fast the whole project and im so glad he didnt
Kendrick never raps fast an entire album. Heās too versatile for that.
